Jonathan C. Sapirstein

Jonathan C. Sapirstein received his B.A. from Syracuse
University in 1975 and his J.D. from Case
Western Reserve University in 1982. Mr. Sapirstein has extensive
experience in representing lenders and serves as counsel for a number of
banks throughout Massachusetts. Mr. Sapirstein has served on panels in the
areas of bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure and is a member of the American
Bar Association, Massachusetts
Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, the Massachusetts
Conveyancers Association, and the Massachusetts Bankers' Association.
A member of the state bar of New York and the state and federal bars of
Massachusetts and Connecticut, Mr. Sapirstein concentrates his practice in
the areas of real estate and secured creditor representation including
loan documentation, work-outs, bankruptcy mortgage foreclosures, and
computer law.
