Tani E. Sapirstein

Tani E. Sapirstein received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She has had extensive experience in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Prior to starting her own practice in 1990, she was in-house corporate counsel for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, First National Supermarkets, Inc. and Friendly Ice Cream Corporation. She has served on continuing legal education panels on advising small businesses on labor and employment law and the basics of employment discrimination. Ms. Sapirstein also serves as a legal consultant and correspondent for WGGB TV-40, the Springfield, Massachusetts ABC television station and as host of the weekly "Lawyer Line" segment on the 12:00 news. Ms. Sapirstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Trial Lawyers and National Employment Lawyers Association.

A member of the state bar of New York and the state and federal bars of Massachusetts and Connecticut, Ms. Sapirstein concentrates her practice in employment and business law.
